Tips for New Users

Time Limit

Please note that your time in the Grades on the Web system is limited and that, after 30 minutes, your session will expire and you will be exited. If you are inputing grades one at a time, especially for a large course, you may run out of time before you are finished mounting your grades. And, if you did not save your grades, you will have to re-enter them. It is strongly recommended that, at the 20 minute mark, you save your grades, exit the system and re-enter to renew your 30 minute access window.

Submitting Grades

The Submit Grades button (at the bottom of the class list) is the button to click if you want to save your grades and upload them onto students' records.

Checking Submitted Grades

The easiest way to see if your saved grades were actually saved is to log out of the system, and then log back in. When your class list opens, all of the saved grades will appear.
