Information for Faculty

June & October convocations for the Keele campus will be held at the Convocation Pavilion, Aviva Centre, located at 1 Shoreham Drive, on the west side of campus.

The Kellogg-Schulich Executive MBA ceremony will take place in the McEwen Auditorium, Seymour Schulich Building which is also located at Keele campus.

The Glendon Convocation will take place at the Glendon Campus, located at 2275 Bayview Avenue.

Ticket Information

Faculty members who are part of the platform party do not require a ticket to convocation, but are asked to RSVP online by going to the RSVP for York University Events page and entering event code S20.
Faculty Shuttle Bus Schedule

A shuttle will be provided for each ceremony between the home Faculty and the Aviva Centre. The shuttle will run continually in the time indicated for the period both before and after the ceremony.

Faculty Robing Locations

Faculty robing for ceremonies at Keele campus will occur one hour prior to the ceremony and will take place in the Chancellor's Robing Room (Player's Lounge, Aviva Centre).

Faculty robing for the Kellogg-Schulich Executive MBA ceremony will take place in the Private Dining Room in the Executive Learning Centre.

Faculty robing for the Glendon ceremony will take place in the Glendon Theatre.

Faculty members can wear their own regalia or can reserve regalia when completing the online RSVP using event code S20.
